We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected in full by our delivery partner at the time of delivery.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return. Refunds for COD orders are processed as store credit or bank transfer, as agreed with our support team.
Electronics purchased from Kartme.in carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repairs.
